Mark was born and raised in El Dorado County and parts of Sacramento County. He has become passionate about the home buying and selling process and enjoys the intimate aspect that comes along with it. He especially enjoys assisting clients that are moving from the city to the country. He understands the lifestyle changes and emotions that go into moving to a different landscape and lifestyle. Evan Berger is a successful real estate professional with over a decade of experience in business development, property management, real estate and construction responsibilities. In 2008 he earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Florida State University. Since then, he has owned and managed a diverse portfolio of multifamily investment properties, including a commercial unit and new construction. His expertise driving growth, overseeing leasing, maintenance, repairs, and tenant turnovers has been instrumental in the success of his ventures.

 In 2018, Evan realized his dream of living and working in Lake Tahoe, where he has been managing property since. While in the basin, he has handled numerous residential tenant turnovers, providing high-quality housing and exceptional customer service to his tenants. He continues to enjoy the area's natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities.

I have always had a passion for real estate. From an early age, I could be found carefully crafting cities of the future with LEGOs, and when I secured my Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, I began a career focused on building out business in the real estate and construction space.

I am a technologically inclined Sales, Real Estate and Client Engagement Professional with over 12 years of experience driving key business development opportunities, managing territory expansion, and communicating with stakeholders while utilizing subject matter expertise to optimize partnerships. 

I own and manage my own investment properties, developing and renovating properties while managing tenants and leasehold requests. I am LEED and ACP Revit Certified, hold a CA Real Estate Broker license and always in the pursuit of learning more about an industry I am passionate about. 

When not busy in real estate pursuits, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, spending time in Tahoe, hockey, documentaries, music, and especially great food!
