Originally from Colorado and Louisiana, Maggie graduated from Wellesley College in Wellesley, MA in 2008 with a major in Love and Relationship Psychology and a minor in Jewish studies. She spent her post-graduate years as an assistant at an Environmental, Water, and Ag Law Firm in Colorado. In 2012 she then moved to Lake Tahoe and transitioned into the mortgage industry in 2016 where she established her rapidly successful and growing business. Maggie is currently on the board of the Contractor’s Association of Truckee Tahoe (CATT), and is the Co-chair of the Local Government Affairs Committee for CATT. She specializes in jumbos, non-qm, investor loans, along with all of the conventionals and government loans. Maggie loves living in Tahoe and enjoys time on the boat with her family, skiing, snowboarding, and taking her two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels on hikes. She is also the founder of a new non-profit, Rescued Hearts Ranch, dedicated to providing access to farm-based therapies to disadvantaged youth.

Lyla Rintoul

Lyla is a California native who moved from the mountains of Santa Cruz to the mountains of South Lake Tahoe after graduating from CalPoly San Luis Obispo in 2011.

Her BS in Social Sciences really helped hone her natural people skills! She loves the mountain life and being connected to nature through snowboarding, backpacking, stand-up paddle boarding, mountain biking, etc. Growing up with a sassy Arabian mare helped her gain a lot of patience and work ethic, and she now happily resides with her two cats in Meyers.

She got into the mortgage industry because she has seen the value real estate investment can add to our lives. Her goal is to make this potentially complicated process more accessible to her clients by staying informed on all the regulations, ever-changing market conditions, and intricacies of the mortgage industry so that they don’t have to.
