Originally from Colorado and Louisiana, Maggie Levin graduated from Wellesley College in Massachusetts in 2008 with a major in Love and Relationship Psychology and a minor in Jewish Studies. Following graduation, she began her professional career at an environmental, water, and agricultural law firm in Colorado before making the move to beautiful Lake Tahoe in 2012.
Maggie entered the mortgage industry in 2016 and quickly established herself as a highly respected mortgage professional, building a thriving business through her dedication to her clients, extensive industry knowledge, and ability to navigate even the most complex lending scenarios. Her expertise spans jumbo financing, non-QM and alternative lending, investment properties, conventional mortgages, and government-backed loan programs.
Whether working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or clients with unique financial circumstances, Maggie is passionate about finding creative financing solutions tailored to each client's individual needs.

Beyond her work in mortgage lending, Maggie has been deeply involved in the local community. She previously served on the Board for the Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe (CATT) and as Co-Chair of its Local Government Affairs Committee, advocating for issues impacting the region's housing, construction, and business communities.
Maggie is also the Founder and President of Rescued Hearts Ranch, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through hands-on experiences in community care-farming. Through meaningful connections with animals, nature, and one another, the organization creates opportunities for children to develop confidence, compassion, leadership, and a sense of belonging.
Above all, Maggie treasures her family and the mountain lifestyle that makes Lake Tahoe home. As a proud mom of twin boys, she embraces the adventure of motherhood alongside her love of skiing, snowboarding, boating, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her husband, children, and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

Lyla is a California native who moved from the mountains of Santa Cruz to the mountains of South Lake Tahoe after graduating from CalPoly San Luis Obispo in 2011.
Her BS in Social Sciences really helped hone her natural people skills! She loves the mountain life and being connected to nature through snowboarding, backpacking, stand-up paddle boarding, mountain biking, etc. Growing up with a sassy Arabian mare helped her gain a lot of patience and work ethic, and she now happily resides with her two cats in Meyers.
She got into the mortgage industry because she has seen the value real estate investment can add to our lives. Her goal is to make this potentially complicated process more accessible to her clients by staying informed on all the regulations, ever-changing market conditions, and intricacies of the mortgage industry so that they don’t have to.
